We currently have studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom
apartments that are becoming available on or after
August 1, 2026.
These apartments are available to qualified applicants subject to
income limits and other qualifications outlined below.
We are now accepting applications: You must complete and
submit an application to be considered. If you previously applied
to us, you must nonetheless submit a new application now if you
are interested in this offering of apartments to ensure we have
your current information.
Location: Located at 59 Torrington Road near the intersection of Route 4 and Route 63 in Goshen, CT, these apartments have been recently renovated. Each has energy-efficient heat-pump based heating and air conditioning, windows, and doors. Kitchen appliances include refrigerator and electric range. Some of these apartments are not accessible, as they are on the second floor and require a walk up. A few are accessible, ground-level apartments.
If you are looking for an apartment in the next 30-60 days, you should consider applying now.
Qualifications to Rent: The available apartments are all designated for an applicant with a Household Income that does not exceed a maximum income limit and you must also have sufficient income to afford the rent on the apartment (see Maximum and Minimum Income data, below). Our apartment rents are NOT subsidized.
All tenants must execute a one-year lease. All applicants are subject to income verification, reference, credit and background checks.
See If You Qualify: To determine if your household may be eligible for an available apartment follow these steps:
a. Determine your Household Size which is equal to the total number of persons of any age or relationship that you plan to have live in the apartment. Include minors, infants, students who may be away at school for some periods, etc.). Do not include short-term visitors.
b. Determine your Household Income which is the total gross annual income of all individuals age 18 or older who will be living in the apartment. Include all sources of income.
c. Find the size apartment you need in the table below (Studio, 1 or 2 bedrooms). Your Household Income must be at least the MIN ANNUAL HOUSEHOLD INCOME amount shown and it CANNOT exceed the MAXIMUM HOUSEHOLD INCOME for your Household Size.
